Petition of a Jewish man who writes to the Majlis that he was supposed to marry a Jewish girl and had given her father, Sulayman, 200 tumans. However, Sulayman and his family converted to Islam, as a result of which the marriage was cancelled. Mirza Abu al-Hasan, a citizen of the Ottoman Empire, whose children are in Kurdistan, died in Mecca. After his death, his wife, Liqaʼ Khanum married Shaykh Ibrahim, as a result of which, she lost custody of her children. Haji Muhammad, who is the executor of Abu al-Hasan's will, complains against Liqaʼ Khanum because she does not acknowledge the change of custodianship and has taken possession of properties that were in the hands of other guardians.
